Professional Artist's Colour Wheel (large hand-held)
Above is the hand-held professional Artist's Colour Wheel - an artist's guide to mixing colour. This is made of card, is circular, and has two distinct sides:
- On the front, turning the inner dial shows the resulting colour after adding red, yellow, blue, white and black to all the colours on the outside perimeter. A black/grey scale is also included.
- On the reverse is a Colour Harmony Wheel. Turning the inner dial shows the harmonising colour relationships - diad, triad, tetrad, complementary, and split-complementary.This wheel also shows the pure hue, tint, tone and shade of each colour on the outside perimeter.
