"I am happy to receive your newsletter when I do. You inspired me to change my look. I am a 35-year-old Indian woman born in the West Indies and I am medium to light in complexion. I used to have light brown hair with platinum streaks in it. For a few years I had variations of this style. I recently went on vacation in NYC and upon reading your letters I was inspired to go much darker. I now have jet/blue-black hair and it has changed my look completely.
