Is the product available today?
The 'Colour Analysis Training in a Box' product was released on 1st October 2006 and is available from stock for immediate delivery from our warehouse in the UK.
Our stock management policy ensures product is available for delivery. However if there are any unexpected delays we would, as a priority, contact you by telephone or email as a matter of urgency to keep you informed of your order status.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for delivery and be given a tracking reference so that you can monitor your package with the parcel courier. Sometimes the courier service is so quick, you may receive your delivery before we have had chance to give you your tracking number!
All orders (UK and international) are shipped by special delivery and a proof of delivery signature is required. Delivery within the UK is next working day using City Link Express Parcels. Delivery outside the UK is expected to take 3 - 5 working days depending on destination using DHL.
